Like it or not…NOT…our leftist California governor and legislators, California Supreme Court and U.S. District Judges are all engaged in lawfare to defeat any successes President Trump envisions for the citizens of our country. Never mind the president’s executive constitutional rights or our California constitutional rights.  Their way of winning is to delay and distract the Trump administration from achieving his platform and to win the 2026 mid-term elections. So buckle up members, if President Trump can stay in the fray so can we because he fights for us

Issues to stand behind and volunteer: 

1. Voter I.D. – Petitioning to put on the 2026 CA ballot.  Petitions available October 1st.

President Trump:  “Voter I.D. Must Be Part of Every Single Vote. NO EXCEPTIONS! I Will Be Doing An Executive Order To That End!!! Also, No Mail-In Voting, Except For Those That Are Very Ill, And The Far Away Military. USE PAPER BALLOTS ONLY!” 

The Gallup Poll (taken just before the 2024 elections) found 84% of U.S. adults were in favor of requiring voters to show identification and 83% supported requiring proof of citizenship when registering for the first time.  

2. No! on Proposition 50 – Why is Newsom and legislature redistricting?  The real reason is California stands to lose 4 congressional districts in the next census due to not allowing non-citizens in the census count.  So he and the democrat party is gerrymandering our district representation areas to lean democrat to compensate for the anticipated loss.  Proposition 50 overrides the authority of the independent Citizens Redistricting Commission until 2031.

• The proposed congressional maps weren’t drawn by Californians; they were drawn for Californians by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) in Washington, D.C.

How to combat Prop 50:  Getting out the truth.  Assemblyman Carl De Maio has introduced a bill in Congress to halt it and several lawsuits are being filed.  WE CAN win the vote despite Newsom stacking the deck.”
